Andalusia Country Club, La Quinta
Andalusia At Coral Mountain in south La Quinta is one of the newer luxury golf communities in the desert. All of Andalusia's resort lifestyle amenities except golf are included in Andalusia's monthly HOA dues for homeowners. Golf membership is not required but several affordable plans are available.

Andalusia Country Club Homes For Sale include new developer homes as well as resale homes. There are six single-family home designs offering three unique architectural styles. These semi-custom homes range in size from 3,280 to 5,131 square feet and include 12-foot high sliding glass doors to take advantage of spectacular views of the golf courses and the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains.
As of November 5th, 2020, Andalusia is releasing the Club Villas for reservations. At completion, there will be 44 Club Villas. Homes should start being built in February of 2021.
The new designs feature open living spaces, three bedrooms (two in the main home and one in the private casita), 3.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage, and a separate golf cart garage. The Club Villas were designed by Pekarek Architects who also designed the current homes at Andalusia and feature architectural detailing, quality finishes, and landscaping that will complement the existing homes.
The Club Villas will be located around the Sports Club so owners will be just steps away from all the action. Owners will be a part of the existing HOA and will have the opportunity to become Golf Members.
Prices as of the end of 2022 start at $1,222,000 for 2,315 square feet. For a limited time, there is a Design Center incentive to be used to customize the new home.
Andalusia homes include professionally landscaped and maintained front areas (included in the monthly HOA dues). Driveways feature architectural paver stones. Sheri will assist you in viewing and comparing both the new construction and the re-sale homes at Andalusia, La Quinta.
New Homesite Sales Program
A new sales program has been implemented in which buyers will close escrow on a homesite at the time of their initial purchase. At the same time, they purchase their homesite Andalusia will enter into an agreement with the buyer to build their home for them. They will select custom options through the Design Center and it will take approximately a year to complete the home. Once they have closed on their homesite, they will be a part of the HOA and Members at the Club. They have found that this approach gives purchasers an immediate sense of ownership and gets them involved in the community and the Club much sooner than in a more conventional new home purchase. This enhances their overall experience as they begin to develop friendships and participate in Club events. The Developer will pay the HOA dues on behalf of the homeowner for the first twelve months.
