Similar to several famous Scottish links courses, the Weiskopf front nine leads golfers away from the clubhouse and the back nine brings them back. Completed in 1996, the Weiskopf also features a ‘bye hole,’ a Scottish tradition, which redefines the 19th hole when tie matches go to sudden death. While numerous ‘bye holes’ still remain in Scotland, there are only a few in the United States.

PGA West Weiskopf Real Estate
The Weiskopf community at PGA West features single family homes which were mostly developed from the late ’90’s through ’07. The community features a private-gated entrance at the end of PGA West Boulevard.
Luxury homes in the Weiskopf private community range in size from 2,100 to over 6,000 square feet. Most of these beautiful Weiskopf homes are on the golf course and a few offer private fenced yards.
“A number of premium view custom homes have been developed on the golf course in the last few years,” Sheri said. “Some custom homes are situated on expansive lots of up to 32,000 square feet including the luxurious and separately gated Peninsula Park area.”
Enjoy Panoramic Mountain Views
Although the course has played co-host to PGA Tour Qualifying Finals (Q-School), this more forgiving private layout can be enjoyed by the beginner as well as the scratch golfer, making it a member favorite. The course features expansive and rolling fairways, coupled with panoramic mountain views.
