If you’re a regular visitor to our site you’ve likely noticed our spiffy new website redesign. After six months of planning, designing and testing, our web team ‘pulled the switch’ yesterday. Fine-tuning several hundred web pages of content including over 3,000 photos and thousands of links followed over the next two days.

Possible IE6 Web Browser Issues

If you are using an older Windows web browser such as Internet Explorer 6 we highly recommend you upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 or 9 for a better user experience. The new site works equally well on mobile applications including smart phones and of course iPads.

People ask me everyday about our local real estate inventory. And I tell them that our local desert inventory continues to shrink. That said, real estate is local and varies from community to community and certainly by price segment.

Here’s an interesting fact. As of this moment in time there are only 70 bank owned homes listed in our market at $200,000 or higher! The luxury market is even tighter as you’ll see only 14 homes listed at $500,000 and up.

Over 400 agents are affiliated with Keller Williams Realty here in the desert, and yesterday was the annual Keller Williams awards extravaganza. For the second consecutive year, my associate and I were presented with the award for being the number one small team in the desert. We transacted more business than any other small team (3 agent team members or less) by a factor of two to one.

While awards are cool,  I feel that this award is really all about our clients. Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta is known as one of the premier private golf communities in the Valley. And recently Tradition opened its beautiful new fitness center and spa that was built from the ground up to serve Tradition members.
