Indian Wells Average Sale Price Now At $1.26 Million

Indian Wells is known as one of the more exclusive cities in the desert. Indian Wells is also recognized for its tranquil and luxurious resort environment and central valley location. But did you know that Indian Wells is the only city in the desert to not allow ‘big box’ retailers and auto dealerships?

During the last six months, the average selling price for a single-family detached home in Indian Wells was $1.26 million according to the Desert Area MLS. Which leads us to the opportunity just below:

Earlier this week I previewed a private listing at one of the exclusive golf clubs here in the desert. A private listing or ‘pocket listing’ is a listing that is not placed on the MLS, nor is the property advertised.

In this case I was one of just 18 Realtors in the desert (out of about 2,400) that was invited to this private preview.

Andalusia at Coral Mountain in La Quinta is investing over $10 million in enhanced and expanded amenities, facilities and services, including a soon to be built new clubhouse facility. The new clubhouse will dramatically expand the existing Racquet Club facility, and a new covered indoor/outdoor dining court will be added to the existing Tapas Restaurant.
