Indian Wells Average Sale Price Now At $1.26 Million

Indian Wells is known as one of the more exclusive cities in the desert. Indian Wells is also recognized for its tranquil and luxurious resort environment and central valley location. A Palace In The Desert (A Pocket Listing)

Earlier this week I previewed a private listing at one of the exclusive golf clubs here in the desert. A private listing or ‘pocket listing’ is a listing that is not placed on the MLS, nor is the property advertised.

In this case I was one of just 18 Realtors in the desert (out of about 2,400) that was invited to this private preview.
