Andalusia at Coral Mountain in La Quinta is investing over $10 million in enhanced and expanded amenities, facilities and services, including a soon to be built new clubhouse facility. The new clubhouse will dramatically expand the existing Racquet Club facility, and a new covered indoor/outdoor dining court will be added to the existing Tapas Restaurant. A new spa is another new amenity that owners can look forward to.
Homeowners at Andalusia aren’t required to join the golf club to use all of Andalusia’s non-golf amenities, since a social/fitness membership is included in each homeowners monthly HOA dues. For golfers, there’s good news too! Golf memberships at Andalusia are now available for just $35,000 (instead of $115,00) with a variety of financing options also available.
