Our Palm Springs area desert weather took a little dip last week just as much of the U.S. and Canada are experiencing significant rain, snow and wind. I’m not going to complain however about a sunny 63º (17.2º C) day in late December. Our desert golfers, tennis players, bikers and hikers are happily going about enjoying our great outdoors here-so life is good!
It’s been a very busy year in our Palm Springs area real estate market. Inventory is down and prices continue to rise but compared to just a few years ago today’s prices remain very attractive indeed.
People tell me almost every day that they just want a place that they can come to with family and friends, a place to stay warm and enjoy being outside all winter.
