Deepwell, Palm Springs The Deepwell community in Palm Springs today is a neighborhood of an about 369 homes including the 19 Biltmore homes, but not the Biltmore condos. This Deepwell area is a mecca for biking, jogging and dog walking. Many Deepwell homeowners get to know their neighbors or at least their pets through daily walks. The Deepwell Estates Neighborhood Organization sponsors a variety of social happenings and promotes the community good neighborly relationships.
