Last month I reported some encouraging sales stats for Palm Springs area property sales for 2010 compared to ’09. As favorable as 2010 was, 2011 seems to be starting off even stronger. Visitor traffic is up and most encouraging is the fact that interest in luxury homes (properties above $1 million) has grown tremendously over the last few months.
